We are excited that you'll be joining us this Saturday for our 33nd Annual Gala! We are looking forward to a celebration of unity, empowerment, and community. Here's everything you need to know in preparation for our special event:

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
Time: Registration & Cocktail Hour begin at 5:30 PM

Mariachi Estrellas del Norte begins at 6:00pm

Program begins at 7:00PM

Dancing with DJ Mala Noche approximately at 9:00pm

Location: Club Sur, 2901 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134
Theme: Juntos Ascendemos, Together We Rise
Dress Code: Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire
Street Parking – There is street parking around Club Sur and on 1^st Ave. Street parking is free after 6pm.

This year’s Gala will highlight the resilience and achievements of our community with Keynote Speaker Justice Mary Yu, Ret. and welcoming back Emcee Pupusa Queen.

A Few Notes for the evening:

Photo Booth: We will have photo booth until 10pm so you and your friends/colleagues can take some memories home with you.
LBAW Swag: We are excited to have for the first time LBAW merchandise! All proceeds will go to our community legal clinics.
Raffle: We are conituing our tradition of having various raffle items (gift cards, gift certificates, Xbox swag, and a special donation from Club Sur!). All the proceeds will go to scholarships for students.
Dessert Dash: Ready, set, go! Take a look at the desserts in anticipation of the dessert dash. The highest bidding table gets first choice of dessert! All proceedings go towards LBAW scholarships.

Your support is vital in continuing the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington's (LBAW) mission. Funds raised from this event directly support professional development, community legal clinics, judicial evaluations, scholarships, and more. With your contribution, we can further our efforts to mentor, sponsor, and advocate for Latinx lawyers and the Latinx community across Washington state.
